Delivery terms and conditions

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, and all GCC countries. Other International shipping is currently not available, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery from stock (within UAE): 2–5 business days .

  • Standard Delivery from abroad: 15-25 working days for standard products.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available for select products for extra charge).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, customs delays).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery is free for orders above AED 20 000.

  • Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and item size.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Partner

We work with trusted local courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery of your items. You will be contacted by the courier to confirm delivery time and location.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • A redelivery fee may apply.

7. Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect the product upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, report it to the courier immediately and contact our support team.

  • A signature or OTP may be required for delivery confirmation.

8. Click & Collect / Pickup Option (Optional)

You may choose to collect your order from our showroom or warehouse. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

9. Delivery of Large Items (e-Mopeds)

  • For electric mopeds, delivery includes pre-assembly and inspection by our team.

  • Delivery may require scheduling a specific date/time with our logistics partner.

  • Please ensure accessibility for delivery (e.g., parking space, equipment, stuff in place, elevator access if applicable).
